Services under the SysMedic.pl brand are provided as part of the cooperation of 2 one-person IT companies: IT-Doc Maciej Urbaniak and Bok 11 Solutions Wojciech Kaczmarek, hereinafter referred to as Contractors.

The offer of services provided under the SysMedic.pl brand is dedicated to companies and individual clients, hereinafter referred to as Clients.

Submission of the application by the Customer in any form and the provision of the service for the Customer is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations by the Customer.

Any complaints resulting from ignorance of these Regulations will not be considered.

The Contractors reserve the right to change these Regulations without giving a reason and without prior notice. The current regulations are available at www.sysmedic.pl.

VAT invoices are issued for services provided under the SysMedic.pl brand. The service provider and invoice issuer is the sole proprietorship that has completed the given order or most of it - i.e. IT-Doc Maciej Urbaniak with its registered office in Wrocław or Bok 11 Solutions Wojciech Kaczmarek with its registered office in Wrocław.

The Contractors do not bear any responsibility, including criminal, formal, financial and legal liability, for any software or data (especially illegal or copyrighted), collected in the ICT network, computer and server equipment and any services provided by external entities that are owned by the customer or at his disposal.

The Contractors do not bear any liability, including criminal, formal, financial and legal liability, for any actions taken by the Customer, his employees, associates or any third parties using the ICT network, computer and server equipment and any services provided by external entities owned by the Customer or at his disposal.

Contractors are not responsible for the loss of any data owned by the Client or at his disposal. The customer is obliged to secure them himself. Contractors, as part of the provision of the basic service or for an additional fee, advise on the appropriate way to secure them or help the Customer in securing these data.

Contractors do not bear any liability, including criminal, formal, financial and legal liability, for losses incurred by the Customer.

The Contractors do not bear any responsibility, including criminal, formal, financial and legal liability, for the manner of using the service or its subject by the Customer, especially when the service or its subject has been used contrary to Polish law or generally accepted social and ethical standards.

Services under the SysMedic.pl brand are provided with access to the customer in the city of Wrocław and in Lower Silesia within a radius of 50 km from Wrocław.

Access to the customer within the city of Wrocław is included in the price of the service provided with the assistance of the customer.

The cost of travel to the customer outside the city of Wrocław is agreed individually with the customer in each case, taking into account the return route.

Services under the SysMedic.pl brand are also provided remotely via the Internet or telephone (if such possibilities exist) throughout the country.

As part of the services provided under the SysMedic.pl brand, Contractors do not collect equipment from customers in order to perform the service, nor do they accept equipment for repair at the Contractors' premises.

The prices of services provided under the SysMedic.pl brand, presented in these Regulations and in the price list, are exemplary and in practice may differ slightly, especially in the event of unexpected difficulties in the implementation of the service, related to, for example, unusual equipment or configuration on the part of the client or unusual nature orders.
These prices do not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 66, § 1 of the Civil Code and should be interpreted only as information pursuant to Art. 71 of the Civil Code.
Contractors reserve the right to change these prices without notice.

Dates of visits or remote work at clients are booked on a first-come-first-served basis.

Personal data provided by the Customers to the Contractors is processed by the Contractors, i.e. IT-Doc Maciej Urbaniak or Bok 11 Solutions Wojciech Kaczmarek based in Wrocław, in connection with the provision of services provided to the Customers and will not be used for advertising purposes.

Booking a date for a service or a meeting requires mutual and unambiguous confirmation of this date by the Customer and Contractors.

Contractors reserve the right to withdraw from the execution of the order without giving a reason.

If the service cannot be performed due to the fault of the Customer, the Customer may be charged an additional fee of PLN 100 net.

In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
