The SysMedic.pl website has a contact form that allows its users to send inquiries or reports about IT problems that are the subject of the Service Providers' activity to the Editorial Office.

Completing the contact form requires providing personal data that is processed and used for return contact by the Service Providers with the person sending the inquiry, in order to create an offer and provide an IT service, for after-sales service, and in the event of any complaints for their consideration and implementation.
