PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Using the SysMedic.pl website means accepting the following privacy policy rules.

  2. The editorial staff of the SysMedic.pl website, hereinafter referred to as the Editorial Board, consists of  contractors of IT services provided under the SysMedic.pl brand - i.e. one-person companies IT-DOC Maciej Urbaniak and Bok 11 Solutions Wojciech Kaczmarek, hereinafter referred to as service providers.

  3. The information on the privacy policy presented below applies only to the SysMedic.pl website, hereinafter referred to as the Website, and does not include other websites to which links can be found on the SysMedic.pl website. The editors are not responsible for the privacy policy applied on the aforementioned external websites - it is the responsibility of the Website user to familiarize himself with these rules.

  4. The SysMedic.pl website has a contact form that allows its users to send inquiries or reports about IT problems that are the subject of the Service Providers' activity to the Editorial Office.

  5. Completing the contact form requires providing personal data that is processed and used for return contact by the Service Providers with the person sending the inquiry, in order to create an offer and provide an IT service, for after-sales service, and in the event of any complaints for their consideration and implementation.

  6. Personal data provided by users of the SysMedic.pl website via the account form are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883), hereinafter referred to as the Act.

  7. The editors undertake not to transfer, sell or lend personal data of SysMedic.pl website users to other entities, unless required by applicable law.

  8. The personal data of users of the SysMedic.pl website are treated by the Editors as confidential data.

  9. Each user of the Website has the right to inspect, modify or delete their personal data, as well as, in accordance with the provisions of the Act, the right to raise objections - in accordance with the provisions of the Act.

  10. The editors make every effort to ensure the security of personal data being processed and use technologies to avoid the risk of interception of such data by third parties, however, for technical reasons, they cannot fully guarantee the secrecy of the information provided and collected.

  11. For technical and statistical purposes, the website collects data that does not identify the user's personal data, i.e. public IP address, information on the type and version of the web browser used, URL address of the previously visited website, time of opening a given file using the HTTP/HTTPS protocol. In order to collect the above data, the Website may use technologies or services provided by other entities.

  12. When using the website, cookies may be saved on the local disk of the Website user, aimed at the proper functioning of the Website. These files do not harm the user's computer and the software installed on it and other collected data.
